I changed my career many years ago from working full time in an office to entering a new world of holistic and complementary therapies.
I found myself drawn to learn about some of these therapies initially to help my 3 boys when they were younger with various health and food issues.
Realising how beneficial and enlightening these therapies were for us, I made the decision to set up the Crystal Rooms and offer my services as a therapist in the hope I can also help others on their health and life journeys.
I have used all of what I have learnt with my friends and family and found that many physical symptoms are related to emotional issues and once these are identified and worked through or cleared, the body then has a chance to rebalance and heal itself.
It is sometimes good to just check/balance/correct the body’s energies even when there are no obvious symptoms or problems …. almost like a service or “mot”! This hopefully helps us all to remain fit and health and full of life.
The therapies I can offer are:-
Some sessions will be focused on one of the above and others may incorporate a mixture, depending on the client’s needs and requirements. Quantum keys sessions are working with the subconscious mind to help identify and clear blocks to living a happier and healthier life.

With a degree in Psychology, I spent several years supporting bereaved parents through the Child Death Helpline based at Great Ormond Street Hospital.
From there, I moved into a more corporate role, gaining experience and an understanding of the stresses, anxieties and demands of both corporate and personal lives. There then came the realisation that something was missing from my life and needed to move into a more fulfilling role that could help people make fundamental changes in their lives.
After suffering from Covid I took the decision to train as a Cognitive Hypnotherapist with the world-renowned Quest Institute where I was fortunate to be able to be taught by the founder of Cognitive Hypnotherapy and WordWeaving – Trevor Silvester.
Studying Cognitive Hypnotherapy has changed my life and the Quest Institute has taught me many different techniques from a range of different approaches including hypnotherapy, NLP and positive psychology. I’ve always had a deep fascination and interest in Human and Earth energies, starting with dowsing and crop circle research in the early 1980’s. This developed my interest in Radiesthesia – pendulum healing.
Being an Electrical Engineer by profession I studied the electrical fields in individuals and how they interact with the electrical fields of the planet, and of course they are utterly interlinked.
My interest in wellbeing, driven by pendulum healing, lead me to study anatomy and physiology more generally and allowed me to gain qualifications in those subjects, deep tissue massage and cutting edge electrotherapy equipment in the shape of a TECAR machine.
I know our bodies are a complex set of mechanical, electrical, chemical and psychological systems and to achieve the optimal balance we need to consider all of these aspects.
